Separated from the kitchen, the main dining room comfortably seats everyone around its statement table. The room also features a retro record player ready to play some tranquil music as you wine and dine into the late evening. You’ll be whisked back in time in this dining room!

Patio doors lead out from the dining room onto the balcony area overlooking the pool. The combination of grey brickwork and sleek floor tiles creates the ideal place to enjoy delicious dining late under the star-studded sky. Fitted with a prep area and barbecue, you’ll have all you need to grill some sumptuous steaks and fresh fish for the whole family to enjoy. There’s even a heater fitted to keep you warm and toasty during those cooler evenings.

Just a few steps down and you’ll find yourself on the decked veranda which leads to this unique swimming pool. The pool hugs the corner of the property snaking round alongside the villas edge. It’s perfect for cooling off after working on that sun-kissed tan! Tucked away behind the white-washed walls, is a built-in hot tub! Both the tub and your glass will be filled with bubbles, the perfect spot to unwind.

Four of the property’s generous five double bedrooms are on the first floor. Each comes with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony which overlooks Moderna’s grounds as well as the sweeping views of the gorgeous Quinta do Lago. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor making it all the easier to enjoy the facilities Moderna offers.
