Visit the beautiful sandy cove of Cala del Barco, or take a drive to one of the many typical Spanish towns of this region. The beaches of San Javier can be reached within 20-30mins and provide a wealth of golden sand and crystal blue sea. Many fiestas are also held in this area, the liveliest being the Carnival, held every year in the first two weeks of July.
