The separate fully fitted air conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. All living accommodation has access to all the outdoor facilities this property has to offer. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard throughout and includes many high spec appliances including automatic sun blind system.
The exterior of this villa is based on outside living, there is a sun bathing terrace with bar with fridge, shaded seating area by the pool with quality sofa and chairs, large BBQ seating area and several other terraces scattered around this wonderful property each offers quality outdoor table and chairs etc. Also included are sets of several sets of quality garden furniture, 10 sunbeds with extra thick mattresses, outside WC with shower and wash basin. Location
Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.
This accommodation is 700 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.
Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
