Villa Waikiki is a cozy and functional holiday villa, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking tranquillity and comfort in a quiet area of Albufeira, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. The living and dining room is spacious and bright, with direct access to the outdoor area, creating a pleasant atmosphere for socializing and relaxing throughout the day. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, offering greater privacy and convenience, as well as a guest bathroom to support the common areas. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, served by a bathroom with a shower, providing a comfortable and well-distributed space for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, practical, and functional, designed to facilitate meal preparation during your stay. Outside, the villa features a pleasant deck with a private heated pool (additional cost), an outdoor dining area, relaxation areas, and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying relaxed moments in good company. Villa Waikiki is located in the quiet area of Caliços, in Albufeira, close to supermarkets, the city center, bars, restaurants, and the region’s beaches. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property’s usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.

For added convenience, grocery baskets can be reserved (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your vacation, especially when traveling with children.

With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location.

We can also arrange transfers if you need them. Group Deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 6 guests. An additional charge will apply for the 7th to 8th guest, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
