Inside the apartment the bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds in each, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom. The lounge and dining area is large but with an airy feel thanks to the vaulted high beam ceilings and has UK Television for those who want to keep up to speed on affairs in the UK. The kitchen is well equipped with all the items you would expect at home.

The apartment benefits from Air-Conditioning in the lounge, bedrooms and dining area. This gives a well needed break from the 35ºC+ temperatures during the summer month and certainly aids a better sleep so to be ready for the next day. Within a short walk there is a choice of bars, restaurants, supermarket, banks & other retail outlets. For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 15 minutes from the award winning white flag beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel de Salinas, Almoradi, Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. The Apartment also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spains largest fishing town).
