The inside has undergone a complete refurbishment, so those staying in it this summer will be the first to make use of the modern and stylish furniture. This is a spacious property with an open-plan lounge that features patio doors to the terrace as the beautiful Portuguese backdrop pervades the lounge, with the large patio doors illuminating the room. There are three kitchens that are open plan to a lounge, one main and two additional as part of two separate apartments within the villa, making it perfect for larger groups who want to holiday together but still have their own space. This villa is beautifully designed with stylish, comfortable furnishings throughout. Casa Colina effortlessly maintains a cool and relaxing ambience throughout the three interconnecting parts of this villa as time can be enjoyed together or separately whilst still appreciating the same high quality finishing touches. One aspect of the villa that cannot go unmentioned is the unique and exclusive waterbed in the master bedroom, unnoticeable until you lay down, comfort is just as important as design here. Casa Colina also features various games facilities, perfect for keeping the children (as well as the adults!) entertained, these include a table tennis, darts and even an air hockey table, this as well as the large pool make for an exciting retreat for all holiday-makers. Coming for 2021 – electric pool heating is being installed at Casa Colina at the end of this year. This makes the villa a great choice for eager swimmers – the added benefit of pool heating provides the opportunity to enjoy the pool year-round. This can be added at booking stage for all bookings from April 2021.
