This spacious two-story villa is ideal for families or groups, 500 square metres well divided giving privacy to the bedrooms area. There are two bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms on the ground floor. Sliding doors give direct access to the pool and garden and the high ceiling in the living room gives it plenty of light.
On the ground floor is the fully fitted new kitchen equipped with American fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (filter and Delta) and a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Large living room and an open plan dining area for 8 people. Large full HD flat screen with cable TV.
The patio area with dining table for 8 people, built in table and charcoal BBQ it is perfect to relax and enjoy a very good meals outside.
The roof terrace is accessed direct from the garden or on the first floor inside the house. It has an amazing 160 degrees view of the golf course from where you can watch the golfers or enjoy the beautiful sunset.
