Welcome to your holiday villa in Albufeira, just a short distance from the Old Town and Marina, where you can dip into the buzz of restaurants, bars and beaches, then come back to a calm, comfortable base to unwind.

This spacious, well-lit 5-bedroom home is ideal for families of up to 10 or a group of friends who want to be close to all that Albufeira offers while still enjoying quiet, relaxed moments away from the busiest streets. Picture yourself starting the day with coffee in the living room, heading out for boat trips or beach time, and returning for sunset barbecues by the pool.

Step inside on the ground floor to a welcoming living area with a fireplace, large TV and a comfy sofa—perfect for lazy afternoons or cosy evenings together. Just beside it, a dining table sets the scene for shared meals and long conversations over a good Portuguese wine. The compact kitchen is equipped for light meals, with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery and basic utensils so you can easily prepare simple breakfasts, snacks or suppers at home.

The villa has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to 10 guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a communal bathroom. Upstairs, there is an en suite bedroom with a double bed, plus two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom between them—keeping things practical for families or friends sharing.

Step outside and you’ll find a private pool with around 10 sun loungers, inviting long, sunny days in the Algarve weather. A dining table sits just beside the barbecue, creating a practical and inviting corner for relaxed al fresco lunches and easy evening grills after a day out exploring.

House Rules
– Groups aged 25 or under may be subject to a refundable security deposit.
– Quiet hours are mandatory from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
– Events, pets, and unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.
– Moving furniture or equipment is not allowed.
– Excessive rubbish must not be left.
– Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
– Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.
– Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.
