Overview

Palmyra resort, a luxurious gated condominium with four communal swimming pools. There are ample sun loungers and parasols on the poolside terraces. Palmyra is located next to the club house of the Vila Sol golf course (which is within close walking distance via a gate giving direct access) and alongside the golf course. Vila Sol boasts a 27-hole championship golf course, a rejuvenating health spa, tennis facilities, and a delectable selection of restaurants, bars, and eateries. The development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Vila Sol also has a restaurant, bar and café and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Browns gym is only 5 minutes’ drive away, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

This lovely townhouse in Palmyra Resort  is a spacious and contemporary 3+1  bedroom townhouse arranged over three levels and sleeping up to 8 persons, ideally located just a short stroll from one of the resort’s four communal swimming pools, surrounded by attractive landscaped gardens.

The property has modern, air conditioned kitchen, dining and living area is designed in an open plan style, creating a bright and sociable space. Comfortably furnished throughout, it offers everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The kitchen features a central island , and  is fully equipped with a range of appliances, including a four ring gas hob, extractor fan, integrated electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, Delta coffee machine and a washing machine. The adjoining dining area includes a table with seating for up to eight guests.

Large patio doors open onto a small terrace, allowing plenty of natural light into the living space.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The propoerty  comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four well appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged over three levels.

On the entrance level, bedroom 1 offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two single beds (0.90m each) joined together with a double topper to create a king size bed. This room can also be prepared as a twin upon request and includes fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors opening onto a charming Juliet balcony. The guest cloakroom/shower room is conveniently located adjacent to the bedroom.

The upper floor has two bedrooms :  2 and 3 . Bedroom 2 is a bright and versatile twin room (2 x 0.90m), which can also be configured as a double upon prior request. Complete with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a balcony as well as a furnished balcony with seating for two, which can also be accessed from the landing.

Bedroom 3 is the spacious master suite which features a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The en suite bathroom includes a walk in shower, double vanity units and heated towel rail. Patio doors lead onto a private balcony overlooking the pool, furnished with two chairs – the perfect spot for a morning coffee.

On the lower level you will find bedroom 4 which offers further flexibility with twin beds (2 x 0.90m) that can be arranged as a double upon prior request. This inviting room includes air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto a small private terrace.

On the terrace just outside the lounge you will find comfortable sofa seating with an additional table & chairs, two sunbeds and a parasol. There is also a gas barbecue, making it the ideal spot for al fresco dining or simply unwind with a glass of wine. One of the four communal Palmyra pools is literally on your door step.

CITY TAX:

Tourism/City Tax – there is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Loulé city, charged together with the rental-  This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by us with the final accommodation balance and passed  to the local authorities.

The tourist tax is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights per person, per stay.  – (excluding guests under the age of 16, the tax will NOT be applied.)

Low season – from 1st November to 31st March
