This a spacious and well presented 2 bedroom Bungalow (sleeps 4 people) situated on the sought after resort of La Finca Golf near Algorfa on the Costa Blanca of Spain.
The apartment itself is situated in a secure gated complex with a large communal pool just beyond the rear garden which is accessed through the lounge sliding doors. The property also benefits from having a large roof top solarium (terrace) which houses a large table/chairs, BBQ and sun loungers/parasol thus giving you the option to dine outside or just get some sun – which is plentiful in Spain!
Within a short walk there is a choice of bars, restaurants, supermarket, & other retail outlets. For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 15 minutes from the award winning blue flag beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel de Salinas, Almoradi, Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets.
The Apartment also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spains largest fishing town). For a great day out visit the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia (Seasonal).

There is also a lower terrace which captures the sun from early afternoon until late evening and again benefits from outside furniture.
Inside the apartment the bedrooms are equipped with a super king sized bed and 2 single beds with the master bedroom also benefitting from an en-suite bathroom. A further bathroom adjoins the twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have Air-Conditioning.
The lounge and dining area is large and with its high lounge ceilings it has an airy and spacious feel within the bungalow. A UK Television is in situ for those who want to keep up to speed with affairs in the UK. The kitchen is well equipped with all the items you would expect at home. The lounge seating will accommodate 4 people with ease on the leather sofas; the apartment is perfect for those looking to get away from it all for a well deserved break. With the pool literally outside of your rear garden and able to be viewed from within the property or from the lower or upper terraces it is ideal to keep an eye on family members or friends if you are not poolside with them. Please note, however, that children aged under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
