On the left side, there is the last bedroom on this floor, with a double bed, air conditioning, and access to the property gate. Between the bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a shower cabin. Before the living room, there is a pantry with an ironing board, iron, and shelves.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, vitroceramic hob, and coffee machine, as well as a washing machine. The dining room, next to the living room, has a large table with chairs and a sofa, both with a view of the exterior and the pool. The living area has direct access to the outside.

On the first floor, after climbing the stairs, you will find the other 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Opposite the stairs, there is a bedroom with bunk beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. On the right, there is the last bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe.

Outside, the villa has a barbecue area with utensils, table, and chairs for outdoor meals, and a hammock to relax. In front, there is a perfect garden for sunbathing on loungers. The pool can be heated (optional extra), as well as the jacuzzi. The property has a private parking for 1 car.
