Villa Solar is a stunning 5-bedroom villa in Quarteira. With plenty of space, it is the perfect choice for a big family getaway or a private haven for a big group of friends. With a large private pool, extensive outdoor space and beautiful furnishings, Villa Solaris is a true standout.

The exterior
Villa Solar is set upon a hill with panoramic views of the countryside and the ocean. The house is set in 1.5 acres – there is a large lawn area for children to kick a ball around, and many species of trees and plants. It has a large heated pool which is gated and a BBQ. We are sure you will spend lots of time soaking up the sun here. There is a covered terrace with outdoor dining area.
For those who prefer to be more active, there is a private tennis court (rackets and balls supplied) where you can enjoy a game or two! A putting green and driving net for the golf enthusiasts is also available. That’s not all… there is a basketball net on the tennis court and a table tennis table. For the little ones, there is a slide set.
For the adults who want to relax in the evening with a chilled glass of bubbles, there is an outdoor whirlpool with mosquito surround. Charges apply for use of the whirlpool. There is also a sun terrace with views of the ocean.
The living areas
Villa Solar is beautifully decorated, with lots of space throughout the property. The living room has a cosy fireplace, comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV.
The kitchen is the hub of the house , with a central island with space for 5 diners. There are two ovens, large fridge/freezer and a large wine fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. It’s a great area for preparing tasty meals for everyone to enjoy.
There is a washing machine and dryer within the garage.
The bedrooms
Villa Solar has 5 en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a huge sun terrace with views to the ocean. It has a super king bed and luxury bathroom with bath, shower and dressing room.
The second master has a balcony, a king size bed and bathroom with bath and separate shower. Off of this room, there is a small children’s room with bunk beds and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 is at the front and has balcony views towards Loulé and Aquashow. There is a king size bed and bathroom, with shower inside the bath. Bedroom 4 is a large room with single beds. This room has direct access onto the large terrace/garden. There is a shower room in this room. Bedroom 5 has a door leading directly down to the pool and a door onto the dining terrace/garden. This room has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room.

Vilamoura is home to six championship golf courses. For those of you who love tennis, there is the Vilamoura Tennis Academy which has 10 Tennis Courts and 2 Paddel courts. Short drive to the Vilamoura beaches – Praia da Falésia and Praia da Marina.
