A superb 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa with a swimming pool and jacuzzi (can be heated individually) overlooking the 18th fairway. The property is perfect for families and only occasionally do we accept adults only, on special request. The villa is a short walk from the 5 star hotel and spa, supermarket, golf club, social centre with gym, pool and tennis court. There are 4 restaurants and a bar within the same walking distance. Despite the proximity to activity the villa remains private and undisturbed. The best of all worlds! The sandy beaches of Mar Menor, known for its excellent sheltered water sports, is less than a ten minute drive away. Other amenities on the resort include the MMGR which offers padel tennis, a gym crazy putting and other activities. There is a golf range and practice area, children play areas and a children’s club (available in summer). ‘El Boulevard’ outside the gate provides a variety of restaurants and bars. All of the above are within easy walking distance. Mar Menor Golf Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security surveillance.
The pool can be heated at an extra cost. There is also a cost per person for the use and laundering of our property manager’s bedlinen and towels.
