The living room is spacious and has a full entertainment area of large TV, All nationality channels and a dvd player. A large dining area as well. The Villa is situated very close to all of the commercial centres a short drive away. The villa is walking distance to La Fuente centre, Los Dolces, Rioja centre and the massive La Zenia Boulevard is a short drive away. You also have some of the best beaches around on this coastline that are very close too and miles of fantastic costal walks. For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well.

Visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall, considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, or catch a taxi!
