On the ground floor the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen has satellite or cable smart TV and comfortable, stylish sofas. There is an indoor dining area and the kitchen is modern and well equipped with two dishwashers, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a large island breakfast bar with bar stools. Patio doors from this room lead outside.

The spacious grounds include outdoor dining facilities with gas barbecue, ample terracing, private swimming pool with a jacuzzi section, private tennis court and a basketball hoop. The perfect place to relax in the warm Spanish sunshine.
