Overview
This modern, stylish and contemporary villa is stunning and has beautiful spacious open-plan living areas. There is a separate, comfy seating/relaxation area with double patio doors leading to the poolside terrace and a TV lounge packed with entertainment treats – a large flat screen TV, cable and satellite channels including sports, Blu-ray DVD player and a Bose surround sound system. The kitchen is open-plan and there is a dining area with a table for 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen has AEG and Smeg appliances, including a fridge/freezer, wine chiller, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, juicer and central island with electric hobs and extractor.
All the bedrooms are air conditioned and have flat screen TVs along with their own en-suite facilities.
Situated in a prime position in Vilamoura, the villa is on a large plot with a lawned garden and a freeform design infinity pool with a separate shallow area. There are both gas and charcoal barbeques.
Please note, the pool does not have a pool cover so we cannot guarantee the temperature.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with the team of Amarante Villas to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.
The rental price includes:
– Towels and bed linen

The rental price does not include (obligated extras):
– Security Deposit: € 1800

– Pool heating: € 1000 per week (includes min 3 day pre-heat. After heating has been switched on the cancellation fee is 5 days pool heating). Minimum pool heating charge 1 week

– Airconditioning (1 November – 30 April): € 425 per week
