This spacious 4 bedroom villa is located close to the village of Porches and Alporchinhos and the popular resort of Armação de Pêra with good restaurants and a long sandy beach with a lovely promenade to stroll along while enjoying an ice cream. It’s also just a short drive from the quieter and more atmospheric resort of Praia do Carvoeiro. The villa is located on a cul de sac, in Vilamar. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet a short distance from the main facilities.
The private, heatable swimming pool is equipped with 8 sun loungers. On outside terrace there is a large sun umbrella, table and chairs. There is a charcoal barbecue and it is the ideal place for delicious outdoor meals and long lingering dining.
The kitchen is well equipped and the open plan sitting room with air conditioning and a fireplace. Heating is possible for holidays in the early or late season.
Villa Rose is the perfect choice for families who love to stay in a quiet location, but not far from the beach as well.
