Overview

This beautiful, modern villa in Albufeira is newly built and has stunning sea views and a heated swimming pool. The villa is located a short distance from the harbour of Albufeira (only 500 metres as the crow flies)

Accommodation: 8 persons, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms
Ground floor: the villa has on the ground floor (pool level) a living room, a kitchen with built-in fridge and freezer, a Bora hob with internal extractor and access to the outside terrace with a double barbecue. (1 for meat and 1 for fish), a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and bathroom en-suite with access to the pool terrace, a bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) and a bathroom en-suite with access to the pool terrace. A separate guest toilet.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in wardrobe, and a bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) with an en-suite bathroom.
Downstairs: There is a very spacious garage to park several cars.

Outside: The garden around the villa is divided into different heights. To reach the ground floor of the villa it is necessary to take a staircase, so we do not recommend the villa for disabled people. The heated swimming pool is sunken into the terrace and is 12 meters long and 3.5 meters wide. On the terrace there are several sun loungers, and you can also enjoy the beautiful sea view from the terrace. On the other side of the villa, next to the kitchen, there is another spacious terrace with an outdoor table and chairs, close to the barbecue. There are always shady places to be found.
