On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom en-suite with a shower, plus two bathrooms with bathtubs.
On the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms, making a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The lower floor features a bedroom with two bunk beds en-suite with a shower, providing a more private and practical space for larger groups.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing group meals in a practical and relaxed way. Outside, the villa offers a large private pool, which can be heated as an optional extra (additional cost), a charming garden, and a barbecue area.
For leisure, there is also a snooker table, a ping pong table, and table football, ensuring fun for all ages.
Located on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, just minutes from restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach, this villa is the ideal retreat for an unforgettable holiday in Albufeira.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, flexibility may be possible during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property’s usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For your convenience, grocery hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating turned on, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
