The south facing villa is arranged over two levels. The open plan living space is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs a 43¨ smart TV and a dining seating area. The separate kitchen is well equipped and benefits from a dining table with four chairs. Leading out from the lounge is the upper terrace, which is furnished with a lounge seating area. There is also an outdoor heater available for the cooler months. From here, you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and access the pool terrace down the stairs. The lower terrace benefits from a private pool, sun loungers and a double day bed. There is also an outdoor kitchen, which includes a gas BBQ, sink and a fridge.
The master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and offers an ensuite shower room. The shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, and the washing machine can also be found here. The shower room can also be accessed directly from the bedroom hallway but can also be locked. The second bedroom benefits from a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. The shower room offers double sinks and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and has direct access onto the terraces.
