Overview

Olivos penthouse apartments are always a popular choice with our clients, centrally located in La Manga Club Resort, opposite the tennis centre.

This penthouse apartment, situated in the front row, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position. It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal staircase, it is well equipped and well furnished. Free wifi internet access.

The spacious lounge and dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite or cable TV and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views. A table and chairs and a gas barbecue are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed (which can be separated into two single beds if preferred) and an en-suite bathroom with bath, twin basins and an additional walk-in shower. Bedroom two has twin beds. Also on this floor is the family bathroom with basin and bath with shower over. The washing machine is situated in this bathroom.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper level where the third bedroom can be found. Patio doors give access to the South facing sunny upper rear terrace.
