LIVING ROOM: Large and spacious with living area and dining area with access to the terrace. Internet access (wifi), air conditioning.
BATHROOMS: On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom with shower next to the double bedroom and 1 service bathroom. On the 1st floor there is 1 bathroom en suite and 1 shared bathroom at 2 with showers.
KITCHEN: Independent and fully equipped.
OUTSIDE: It has generous outdoor areas with two swimming pools and leisure areas with ping-pong and snooker. It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue.
PARKING: Private outdoors in the same building.
It is just 3 km from the city of Quarteira and 4 km from Vilamoura with access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars.
Quarteira beach is just 4 km from the property and Vilamoura beach is 5 km away.
It is 1 km from Vale do Girassol restaurant and 2 km from Retiro do Camponês restaurant.
2 km away you can enjoy the Vila Sol golf course, and 4 km away the Aquashow water park.
