In summary, the Quinta has a bedroom inside the Windmill and 7 in the main house, sea views, 2 swimming pools, a games room, a tennis court, plenty of space and outdoor furniture, total privacy, air conditioning in all rooms. .. Rooms, beds and bathrooms are arranged as follows:
• Windmill – Bedroom 1 – Double bed with private bathroom
• House – Bedroom 2 – R/C – Double bed with private bathroom
• House – Bedroom 3 – R/C – 2 twin beds with private bathroom
• House – Bedroom 4 – R/C – 2 twin beds with private bathroom
• House – Bedroom 5 – 1st Floor – Double bed with private bathroom
• House – Bedroom 6 – 1st Floor – 2 twin beds with private bathroom
• House – Bedroom 7 – 1st Floor – 2 twin beds with shared bathroom*
• House – Bedroom 8 – 1st Floor – 2 twin beds with shared bathroom*
• There is a service WC in the main house and another one outside near one of the swimming pools
* Bedrooms 7 and 8 have a low ceiling on one side and are more suitable for children or people who are not very tall. The bathroom shared by these rooms is on the ground floor, at the bottom of the stairs.
All rooms have air conditioning.

Inside, there are 2 living rooms, one with TV and cable channels and a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all essential utensils and accessories and 2 refrigerators.
The internet is via Wi-Fi and of good speed.

The exterior space of this Quinta is one of its strong points. Amongst them are:
• a private tennis court
• a game room with snooker, table tennis, table football, darts, and other amenities.
• A kidney-shaped swimming pool next to the outdoor dining area
• A rectangular pool with sea view
• 14 sun loungers and lots of shaded areas
• Pergolas that house comfortable outdoor furniture
• Areas of natural grass next to the pools
