Overview

This majestic Villa 0336 is set on a large plot of 1352 metres and is certainly one of Aphrodite Hills’ most Superior Villas, overlooking the sixth fairway of the championship Golf Course.

The spacious living area features a stone fireplace, flat-screen TV, and dining area with a modern glass table for eight. The kitchen includes high-quality dark wood units and modern appliances. French doors open to the pool and garden.

Nearby is a twin bedroom with en-suite and pool terrace access. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite with “his and hers” basins, dressing space, and a private balcony with golf and sea views.

The lower level has two twin bedrooms (zip & lock), one en-suite, plus a nearby shower room, and a utility room.

Outside, the large 6m x 12m overflow swimming pool* with Roman steps takes pride of place in the spacious sunbathing terrace, which is set with ample sun loungers, a handy poolside shower and a table tennis for those fun moments. A lovely covered area is furnished with table and chairs and an additional large shaded area contains a gas barbeque and sink, whilst the lawned garden bordered by fragrant bushes perfectly compliments the relaxed feel … a little piece of alfresco heaven!

Pool Heating
Pool heating is available for an additional surcharge,(excluding June, July, and August.)

Disclaimer – Heated Pools

• Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
• Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
• Minimum 5 days.
• Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.

• All the Resort’s facilities, including day passes for Aphrodite Hills Hotel, can be used by the Rentals guests at a fee and are subject to availability at time of booking.
• Receive a mid-stay clean for reservations made for minimum 4 days.
