Overview
The exterior
Outside there is ample space for leisurely meals on the terrace, with a charcoal BBQ where you can rustle up some holiday deliciousness. The villa has a spacious garden which offers a great degree of privacy, with a large swimming pool with a heater. This is especially useful when staying for a winter retreat. There are 2 parking spaces on the property should you have a vehicle.
The living areas
On the lower ground floor there is a very generous open plan kitchen, utility room and also a snug with sofa and TV.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you could need – fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, coffee machine and a central island with breakfast bar. There are doors leading to the terrace, pool and gardens.
In the living room, enjoy Lazer TV programs with international channels and English programmes. Chill out on the cosy sofas or indulge in a bit of fine dining! The living room also has access to the terrace overlooking the garden.
The bedrooms
Built over four levels, there are 5 en-suite bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper ground floor, accessed from the entrance at the driveway. There are 2 further bedrooms on the split levels of the villa.
NOTE: The villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to several levels and stair cases throughout.

The Resort boasts superb golf courses and health and beauty facilities at the Royal Spa.
General amenities include mini market, spa, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, cash machines, bank, car hire, golf courses, tennis courts, nightly entertainment.
The lovely and popular Vale do Lobo & Garrão beaches are close by, and some of the best beach restaurants around such as Julia’s and Izzy’s.
And of course, at the Vale do Lobo Praça there are numerous restaurants and bars – open all day and late into the evening. There is free live entertainment from May to September. Monty’s Bar and Restaurant is open all year round with evening entertainment. Enjoy watching the sunset over the beach and ocean from Sandbanks.
