Downstairs

As you enter the property, you come through the large wooden studded front door into the entrance hall with the marble staircase leading to the first and second floor. This property has a large living room downstairs with a feature central marble fireplace, a dinning room with a bespoke marble dinning table, kitchen with granite worksurfaces and a large American size fridge freezer, dishwasher and a cooker with a gas hob. The rooms downstairs overlook the private garden and swimming pool. The hall leads to the downstairs bathroom.

1^st Floor

There are 3 bedrooms, each with twin single beds and doors to the 1^st floor balcony where there are tables and chairs overlooking the golf course, river and national park.

 There is a family bathroom with twin sinks, toilet and shower. The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with twin sinks, toilet, bidet and jacuzzi jet bath with shower. The Master bedroom has the most spectacular views.

2^nd Floor

The marble staircase leads to the 2^nd floor which is the Castellet, a single living room including office workspace. The room has glass windows on all four sides, providing the room with 360 degree views. The double doors lead to a small balcony.

Outdoors, there is a private garden with a swimming pool and outdoor shower. There is an outdoor undercover dinning area with table and chairs, benefiting from an electrically operated canopy blind to provide additional shade if needed. There is an electric gate leading to the drive where you can park two cars, one under the carport and one on the drive. There is also an outdoor utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
