Overview

The condominium has a communal swimming pool, a separate children’s pool, a tennis court, and large gardens. Close to everything, including supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach, this villa also features a unique and welcoming decor.

Overall, it offers spacious areas, such as terraces equipped with garden furniture, and views of the pool and surrounding green areas. Upon entering the villa, there are 11 steps leading up to the entrance door, which is an automatic roller shutter.

Immediately after, there is a large entrance hall. The living room features satellite TV, sound speakers, a dining table, access to the terrace, and a view of the pool.

Guests are not permitted to use the garage. The kitchen is equipped with all essential and necessary appliances, including: coffee maker/kettle, capsule coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, and stove. The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.

All of them are spacious. The Suite bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub, a walk-in closet, a spacious bedroom area, a television, and an incredible view of the pool, with a large terrace with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying good moments. The violet bedroom, with elegant decoration, has a double bed and a balcony with a view of the surrounding green area. The other bedroom, also spacious, has a balcony with a view of the green area. At the end of the corridor, on the right side, there is a bathroom with a bathtub that will be shared by these two bedrooms which do not have private bathrooms. The villa can accommodate 6 adults + 2 children (using additional foldable beds provided when the booking is for 6 adults + 1 or 2 children). Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. This villa, although located in a condominium, allows access to the pool, provided that the rules are respected: no large inflatable floats, control of noise, and adherence to operating hours, from 8 am to 8 pm.
