Of typical Spanish style, this villa is set on a privileged location on prestigious Paseo del Parque, in Lower Sotogrande, close to the beach.
It is a south facing villa built in 2 storeys, just a few minutes away to the Marina, the Tennis – Paddle courts, and the beach club.
On the lower floor there are the living room and dining room areas, a very large and fully equipped kitchen with central island, one bedroom and one bathroom. Ample terrace with outdoor furniture around the pool area.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; there is air-conditioning in the living room and in 3 of the bedrooms; the other 2 bedrooms have fans. All the bedrooms have TV units.
Note: If there are pets, an additional 1,000 € will be charged on top of the rental fees.
