A stunning view of the sea from the fabulous roof terrace awaits you at this unique property, a linked villa, which is right on the beach between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola. The property is arranged over three floors with the addition of the roof terrace. The white, well-equipped kitchen has a dining area, and there are dining facilities outside on different terraces to choose from to eat alfresco. The bedrooms are bright and furnished in a contemporary style, five of which have an ensuite wet room with shower. Patio doors lead out on to a terrace from the clean and contemporary lounge, where there are also interior spiral stairs to access the roof terrace. Here you will find a funky imitation lawned floor with sun loungers, a shower and to add that final touch, a plunge pool of 3m² for your enjoyment. The view from here is fantastic and you can sit and enjoy a cocktail and watch the sun go down over the sea that is just 35m away.
