Just 400 yards from the house is a brand new supermarket Pingo Doce. Handy for getting all of your shopping done with no need for a car.
The owner has installed a brand new kitchen with Bosch Appliances and an American Style Double Fridge Freezer with Filtered Ice and water dispenser.
The house is furnished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned. If you don’t wish to hire a car, there is a local bus stop immediately opposite the house and one stop takes you to the Marina and Falesia beach. There is a timetable in the house. Wi-Fi available and free.
The home has SKY+ TV including all SKY Movies and SKY Sports and an internet TV system with EVERY channel including BBC1.2 ITV Chanel 4, Chanel 5 and all sports channels including BT Sports.
It has a BBQ/dining patio overlooking the large 15 m by 6 m pool which is only 5 paces from the house.
Only 900 yards to 3 of the golf clubhouses ( Laguna, Millenium and Victoria) and a 4 minute drive to the marina area and beaches. Overlooks the Millenium Golf course and the sea beyond. Would suit golfers and families alike.
Entry leads you to the large open plan dinning area with solid wooden dining table with 8 leather style seats, and large sitting area with leather 3 seater, 2 seater and large armchair. Large LCD TV with full SKY TV.
Pool: The pool is large, 15 m by 6 m and although shared with other residents is rarely used by them. There are 4 sun beds dedicated for your personal use plus you can use another two of the communal beds. You also have great space directly in front and as the pool is only 5 paces from the Villa terrace it’s easy to dive in and out without to much running about!
