Overview

Ideal for large families or groups, it has 8 bedrooms with capacity for 18 people. It has a private swimming pool, which can be heated for an extra fee of 250 euros per week.

On entering the villa, you’ll find ample parking for several cars. The villa’s impressive entrance features a totally different decor than usual, as well as a bathroom and a curved staircase to the first floor.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, wardrobes and access to a terrace or balcony. The first bedroom has a large double bed; the second bedroom has 3 single beds and the third bedroom also has 3 single beds.

The lounge area has sofas, a large flat-screen Smart TV, a library, a marble dining table with 8 chairs and also gives access to the terrace with stunning views over the cactus garden and the sea. There is wi-fi internet access. The modern kitchen features cream base and wall units with granite work surfaces.
The appliances are fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, electric hob, extractor hood and other small appliances including toaster and kettle/coffee maker. There is a breakfast area with 4 benches in the dining area, and 2 large tables with 14 chairs. The terrace area has a barbecue (gas) and plenty of seating areas and tables.

On the first floor, bedroom 4 is the huge master bedroom with separate dressing room, large built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath (with sea views), shower cubicle and double sinks. The bedroom has a king size bed and access to a furnished terrace with views over the gardens and the sea.

Bedroom 5 has a double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and access to the furnished terrace with incredible views over the gardens and the sea.

Bedroom 6 has a double bed, windows overlooking the sea and a private bathroom.

Bedroom 7 has a double bed and a private terrace with views to the south.

Bedroom 8 also has a double bed and a private terrace overlooking the back of the property.

These last two rooms share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin.

All rooms have air conditioning.

Outside, paths wind through the cactus and palm gardens to the swimming pool, tennis court, pool table and a punch bag for those with energy!

There is also a second kitchen on the ground floor (closer to the pool) which is very useful for cold drinks or for preparing snacks and meals without having to go upstairs to the main kitchen. This kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a fridge, electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan, microwave and counter with stools.
