With an exterior to be able to park up to five vehicles comfortably, you will see the peculiarity of the construction of the accommodation, a contemporary construction that gives it a lot of personality. Enjoying a natural environment, in which water will be present thanks to the multiple sources that surround the environment.

With large windows on the front in all the spaces of the accommodation, you will have exterior views, natural light and the sensation of (although you are in a villa with all the accessories) being in a continuous viewpoint.

The exteriors, with multiple spaces that go from an interior patio connected to the kitchen, a small rest area surrounded by green plants and the passage of water. We highlight the pool area that communicates with an exterior viewpoint where you can sit thanks to the furniture prepared for it. These views are really relaxing and alive. From a sunrise to a sunset you can be inspired by them.

The swimming pool with an exclusive dark green tile will provide you with moments of fun and refreshments on the hottest days. Next to the gym area you can do some sport and refresh yourself afterwards without having to go to other rooms.

The dimensions and qualities of the accommodation are very extensive, so we will describe them by spaces.

DISTRIBUTION OF ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation is distributed in three heights. A ground floor with 3 bedrooms and a gym, this ground floor has direct access to the pool and parking area.

A first floor will allow you to enjoy two bedrooms (Jade bedroom and Andalusian bedroom). A common toilet, an interior patio and a relaxation area in a small garden with ornamental plants and a water passage. You will also enjoy the kitchen, family room, game room and dining room.

On the upper floor you will enjoy a unique and exclusive room with a private terrace and Jacuzzi.

QUALITIES AND TECHNOLOGY

One of the main bets of this house is comfort for you. Thanks to the technology implanted in it that goes from fiber optic internet to a home automation panel (integrated into a tablet) in which you can control from the music you want to listen to and different electronic devices (Jacuzzi, air conditioners, etc.) through the Alexa control.
It has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, including in the large kitchen.
The lighting of the accommodation is very chosen, you can create different environments in the common areas of the accommodation.

KITCHEN

This kitchen will simply enchant you, with upper windows where you will have constant natural light, connected to the interior patio and with easy access to the exterior terrace and dining room. You will have a professional oven and burner and different small appliances that will make your days much easier. If you wish (the service is contracted separately) you can request the assistance of a professional Chef. Check with the host.

COMMON STAYS

A spacious living room with comfortable sofas and windows to the outside will provide you with the family meeting point you want, and if you know how to play the piano, you can do so thanks to a beautiful piano that is in this room. Enjoying television will be a pleasure, it is large and thanks to the internet connection available, you will be able to enjoy your favorite series or movies like never before. Access to more than 2,000 international channels.

Attached to this family gathering area, there is another living room or small room with a very youthful character, which has a video console with preloaded games so that the smallest of the house and the not so small can enjoy a while of fun games, laughs and thus create the memories of your family vacations. The video console is a Nintendo Switch and is easy to use and connect.

If at any time during your vacation you feel like preparing a more intimate dinner or lunch, you can enjoy an exclusive dining room for it. With a large table and unique chairs, it will create the necessary environment to enjoy long conversations accompanied by a good wine. Don’t forget to buy the wine!!!! But if you forget, don’t worry, there are establishments nearby (marked times by motor vehicle, approximate distances) where you can buy them.

BEDROOMS

As we have previously mentioned, the bedrooms are distributed throughout the accommodation on the different floors. We’ll start with the upstairs bedroom.

NEW YORK BEDROOM (Upper floor)

With panoramic views from its left side thanks to the large windows that shelter it, in this bedroom you will find a special-sized double bed raised on a stepped structure of work and embellished with marble. High ceiling, wide spaces, office and private terrace. It will also have a large wardrobe, a wonderful bathroom with a bathtub (the bathtub is outside the bathroom) and a shower tray. And, you will enjoy a beautiful private jacuzzi, this jacuzzi is inside a glass cabin in which night and day surround it to create the perfect atmosphere for your rest and well-being.

JADE AND ANDALUZ BEDROOM (First floor)

We will find these two bedrooms, both with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The difference between them is that the JADE bedroom is inside and has access to the interior patio of the accommodation, however the ANDALUZ bedroom is outside, giving access to the terrace on the outside of the façade, which is linear throughout. of it, so you can go to the living room or outside through two different areas. Both bedrooms have air conditioning with heat pump, space to store your luggage in an orderly manner and offer qualities in your rest.

ROME, AFRICA AND EASTERN BEDROOMS

The name of each bedroom already identifies the theme of each one, they can be accessed by going down the stairs through the interior of the accommodation or through the exterior windows (they have to be opened inside the bedrooms) that overlook the exterior common spaces and parking area. Note that they all have air conditioning, specific furniture oriented to the decoration of each theme and space available to store your luggage in a comfortable and orderly manner.

The Roma and Oriental bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, for the Africa bedroom there is an outside toilet in the common area on this floor and the showers in the gym.

GYM, INDOOR POOL AND SAUNA

In the first instance, note that the sauna can only be used on request and payment in advance.

The elements available in the gym will be included in the rate. Take note that the pool is not heated.

You will find that there is also a massage table, ask the host for local providers.

This unprofessional but high-quality gym has rubber weights so you can perform different exercises with them, dumbbells, long bar and bench, elastic bands, jump ropes and treadmill. As previously mentioned, the gym has access to the outside, specifically to the pool area, so you can use the bathroom if you are enjoying the pool area.
