The spacious and well appointed Las Brisas Grande is located on the Las Brisas development close to the South Golf Course on La Manga Club, home to a number of deluxe townhouses and larger individual villas. The size and layout of the villa makes it ideal for all large groups whether it be two or three families travelling together, a group of friends or one large extended family. On entering Las Brisas Grande you’ll be struck by the comfortable elegance that runs throughout this generously proportioned villa. The kitchen is incredibly modern and well equipped, even boasting a wall mounted TV. The lounge is spacious with a large corner sofa with further space to relax in the conservatory beyond, overlooking the garden and pool. Conveniently, the lower ground floor is completely self-contained with two twin bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. A perfect retreat for older children as the games console can also be found down here. Outside the impressive roman style pool can be heated and is a really good size and totally enclosed, with the artificial lawn the perfect place for working on your tan. This villa really is an excellent choice year round for anyone looking to enjoy the facilities on site at La Manga Club whilst returning to a beautiful accommodation at the end of the day. The Las Brisas community is located in a quiet area of the resort with long avenues and plenty of trees, this is the area for total tranquillity. Whilst still within easy reach of the resort’s many activities and facilities such as the Tennis & Leisure Centre and the main supermarket at Las Sabinas, this is also a great base to get out and discover the surrounding countryside, perfect for those with an adventurous streak. Visit the beautiful sandy cove of Cala del Barco, or take a drive to one of the many typical Spanish towns of this region. The beaches of San Javier can be reached within 20-30mins and provide a wealth of golden sand and crystal blue sea. Many fiestas are also held in this area, the liveliest being the Carnival, held every year in the first two weeks of July. This villa also benefits from reduced green fees for Golf Villa Rentals clients.
